What happened

Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenants due to their failure to meet a condition specified in a previous order issued by the Board. The condition was for the Tenants to pay $396.40 towards utility arrears by November 15, 2021.

The ruling

The tenancy is terminated, and the Tenants must vacate the rental unit by January 21, 2022. If the unit is not vacated by that date, the Landlord may file the order with the Court Enforcement Office (Sheriff) to enforce the eviction.
