What happened

Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenant because the Landlord in good faith requires possession of the rental unit for the purpose of residential occupation by his son for at least one year.

The ruling

The tenancy is terminated. The Tenant must vacate the unit by September 30, 2024. If the unit is not vacated by this date, the Landlord may file this order with the Court Enforcement Office (Sheriff) to enforce the eviction starting October 1, 2024.
