What happened

The ruling
The tenancy will be terminated on April 30, 2023 unless the Tenants pay the total amount owed of $26,232.04 by that date. If the Tenants do not pay, they must vacate the unit and the Landlords can file the order with the Sheriff to enforce the eviction.
