What happened

Landlord filed a request to re-open their application, alleging that Tenant did not comply with the terms of their mediated settlement dated August 10, 2021. The settlement required the Tenant not to substantially interfere with the reasonable enjoyment of any other person in the residential complex.

The Landlord's request to re-open the application was denied. The Tenant was found not to have breached the terms of the mediated settlement agreement, as he did not permit the person causing the disturbance into the residential complex and did not interfere with the reasonable enjoyment of others.
