What happened

Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenant because the Tenant entered into an agreement to terminate the tenancy but did not move out by the agreed upon date.

The ruling

The tenancy is terminated and the Tenant must move out of the rental unit on or before August 25, 2020. The Tenant shall pay the Landlord $190 for the cost of filing the application. If the Tenant does not pay the full amount by August 25, 2020, the Tenant will start to owe interest at 2% annually on the outstanding balance.
