What happened

Landlord applied to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenants due to substantial interference with the reasonable enjoyment of the residential complex, including leaving dog excrement and garbage on the property, and threatening and harassing behavior towards the Landlord.

The ruling

The tenancy is terminated effective May 22, 2021. The Tenants must vacate the rental unit by that date. The Tenants must pay the Landlord $186 for the application filing fee. If the Tenants do not vacate by May 22, 2021, the Landlord may file the order with the Sheriff for enforcement.
