What happened

The tenancy was terminated effective January 14, 2021, the date the Tenants vacated the rental unit. The Tenants are ordered to pay the Landlord $186.00 for the cost of filing the application. If the Tenants do not pay the full amount by May 14, 2021, they will owe simple interest at 2% annually on the outstanding balance starting May 15, 2021.
