What happened

Landlords applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenant because the Tenant failed to meet a condition specified in the mediated settlement issued by the Board on January 8, 2020 with respect to application SWL-34081-19.

The ruling

The tenancy between the Landlords and the Tenant is terminated. The Tenant must move out of the rental unit on or before February 13, 2021. The Tenant shall pay the Landlords $175.00 for the cost of filing the application. If the Tenant does not pay the full amount owing by February 13, 2021, the Tenant will start to owe interest at 2.00% annually on the balance outstanding. If the unit is not vacated by February 13, 2021, the Landlords may file the order with the Court Enforcement Office (Sheriff) for enforcement.
