What happened
Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenant because the Tenant entered into an agreement to terminate the tenancy but did not move out by the agreed upon date.
The ruling
The tenancy is terminated and the Tenant must move out by February 10, 2023. If the unit is not vacated by that date, the Landlord may file the order with the Sheriff to enforce the eviction. The Tenant must pay the Landlord $186 for the application filing fee, and will owe interest on the unpaid amount starting February 11, 2023.
