The tenancy is terminated as of June 24, 2021, the date the Tenant vacated the rental unit. The Tenant shall pay the Landlord $6,895.34 in rent arrears and compensation, and $186.00 for the application filing fee, for a total of $7,081.34. If the Tenant does not pay the full amount by August 10, 2021, the Tenant will start to owe interest at 2.00% annually on the outstanding balance.
