What happened

Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict the Tenant due to non-payment of rent and the Tenant's failure to disclose additional occupants and their income.

The ruling

The tenancy is terminated effective July 18, 2022. The Tenant must pay the Landlord $16,425.88, which includes rent arrears, application filing fee, and daily compensation, minus the rent deposit and interest. If the Tenant does not vacate by July 18, 2022, the Landlord may file the order with the Sheriff for enforcement.
