What happened

Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenant due to Tenant's failure to meet conditions specified in a previous mediated settlement. The Tenant breached the terms of the mediated settlement by providing access to individuals on the Landlord's no trespassing list, allowing guests to roam unaccompanied, tampering with a laundry room door, and assaulting a guest, which substantially interfered with the reasonable enjoyment of the residential complex by other residents.

The ruling

The tenancy between the Landlord and the Tenant is terminated. The Tenant must move out of the rental unit on or before October 4, 2020. If the unit is not vacated by that date, the Landlord may file the order with the Court Enforcement Office (Sheriff) to enforce the eviction.
