The ruling
The tenancy is terminated unless the Tenant voids the order by paying $9,786.00 by October 30, 2022. If not voided, the Tenant must vacate by October 30, 2022, and pay $9,301.60 plus $26.30 per day from October 13, 2022, until move-out. The Landlord may file for eviction enforcement starting October 31, 2022, if the unit is not vacated.
