What happened

Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenant due to failure to pay rent as specified in a previous order. The Tenant did not meet the conditions of the previous order to pay rent arrears.

The ruling

The tenancy is terminated effective March 16, 2021. The Tenant must pay the Landlord $545.77, plus $96.99 per day starting March 6, 2021 until the Tenant vacates the unit. If the Tenant does not pay the full amount by March 16, 2021, the Tenant will owe interest at 2% annually on the outstanding balance.
