What happened

Landlord applied to terminate the tenancy and evict the Tenant due to the Tenant's actions that substantially interfered with the Landlord's reasonable enjoyment, caused damage to the property, resulted in overcrowding, and impaired the safety of others.

The ruling

The Tenant is ordered to not leave the front entrance door or the door to the stairwell leading to the Tenant's unit open. If the Tenant fails to comply, the Landlord may apply for an order terminating the tenancy and evicting the Tenant. The Tenant is also ordered to pay the Landlord $186 for the cost of filing the application.
