What happened

Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenant due to failure to pay rent. The application was filed after the Tenant failed to meet certain conditions specified in a previous order issued by the Board.

The ruling

The tenancy is terminated effective August 28, 2021. The Tenant must pay the Landlord $5,709.55 (less any payments made after July 30, 2021) and $13.15 per day for compensation for use of the unit starting August 18, 2021 until the Tenant moves out. If the Tenant does not pay the full amount by August 28, 2021, the Landlord may file the order with the Sheriff for enforcement.
