What happened

The ruling
The tenancy is terminated effective January 25, 2019. The Tenants must pay the Landlord $587.45, plus $147.95 per day starting January 15, 2019 until they move out. If the full amount is not paid by January 25, 2019, the Tenants will owe interest at 3% annually on the outstanding balance.
