What happened
Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenant due to substantial interference with the reasonable enjoyment or lawful right, privilege or interest of the Landlord or another tenant.
The ruling
The Tenant shall not smoke in the common area, leave open beer cans in the common area, or use abusive language when dealing with the Landlord or Landlord's agent. If the Tenant does not comply, the Landlord may apply to the Board for an order terminating the tenancy and evicting the Tenant. The Tenant shall pay the Landlord $170 for the cost of filing the application.
