What happened
Landlords applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict the Tenant because the Landlords require possession of the rental unit for the purpose of residential occupation.
The ruling
The tenancy is terminated effective September 30, 2021. The Tenant must move out of the rental unit on or before September 30, 2021. If the unit is not vacated by that date, the Landlords may file the order with the Court Enforcement Office (Sheriff) to enforce the eviction.
