What happened

The ruling
The tenancy is terminated effective January 30, 2023. The Tenants must pay the Landlord $19,493.08, less any payments made after the application was filed, representing the rent owing up to January 19, 2023, less the rent deposit and interest owed on the deposit. The Tenants must also pay the Landlord $65.75 per day for compensation for use of the unit starting January 20, 2023 until they move out.
