What happened

Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenant due to failure to pay rent. The Tenant agreed with the Landlord's evidence on the rent arrears.

The ruling

The Landlord's application for eviction is denied on the condition that the Tenant pays $1,000 per month towards the arrears from April to August 2021, and also pays the current monthly rent on time. If the Tenant fails to make any of the required payments, the Landlord may apply for an order terminating the tenancy and evicting the Tenant.
