The tenancy between the Landlord and the Tenant terminated on July 5, 2020, the date the Tenant gave vacant possession. The Tenant shall pay the Landlord $6,563.77, which represents the amount of rent owing and compensation up to July 5, 2020, less the rent deposit and interest the Landlord owes on the rent deposit. The Tenant shall also pay the Landlord $190.00 for the cost of filing the application.
