What happened

The ruling

The tenancy is terminated effective September 12, 2021. The Tenant must pay the Landlord $22,995.59 in rent arrears and compensation, plus $60.82 per day starting September 2, 2021 until the Tenant vacates the unit. The Tenant must also pay $201 for the application filing fee. If the Tenant does not pay the full amount by September 12, 2021, the Landlord may file the order with the Sheriff to enforce the eviction.
