What happened

The ruling

The tenancy is terminated effective January 28, 2022. The Tenant must pay the Landlords $11,875.00 in rent arrears and application fees, plus $62.47 per day in compensation starting January 1, 2022 until the Tenant vacates the unit. If the Tenant does not pay the full amount by January 28, 2022, the Tenant will owe interest starting January 29, 2022.
