What happened

Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenant due to non-payment of rent. The parties agreed that all arrears had been paid, and only the application fee remained outstanding.

The ruling

The Tenant shall pay the Landlord the outstanding application fee of $186.00. If the Tenant does not pay the full amount by January 22, 2022, the Tenant will start to owe simple interest at 2.00% annually on the balance.
