What happened

Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenants due to substantial interference with the reasonable enjoyment or lawful right, privilege or interest of the Landlord or another tenant. The Landlord received multiple complaints about the Tenants' activities, including excessive noise, parking issues, and suspected illegal activity.

The ruling

The tenancy is terminated effective March 17, 2021. The Tenants must vacate the rental unit by that date. The Tenants are ordered to pay the Landlord $186 for the cost of filing the application. If the Tenants do not pay the full amount by March 17, 2021, they will start to owe interest at 2% annually on the outstanding balance.
