What happened

The ruling
The tenancy is terminated unless the Tenant voids the order by paying the specified amounts. If not paid, the Tenant must move out by July 11, 2022. The Tenant owes $12,838.25 plus $65.75 per day from June 24, 2022, until move-out. If not paid by July 11, 2022, interest will accrue at 2.00% annually.
