What happened

Landlords applied to terminate the tenancy and evict the Tenants due to the Tenant, Dan Dube, seriously impairing the safety of other persons in the residential complex through violent incidents.

The ruling

The tenancy is terminated effective January 18, 2021, and the Tenants must vacate the rental unit by that date. The Tenants are ordered to pay the Landlords $186 for the application filing fee. If the Tenants do not vacate by January 18, 2021, the Landlords may file the order with the Court Enforcement Office (Sheriff) for enforcement.
