The ruling
The tenancy is terminated effective March 7, 2022. The Tenant must vacate the unit by this date. If the unit is not vacated, the Landlord may file the order with the Sheriff for enforcement starting March 8, 2022. The Tenant must pay the Landlord $186 for the application fee by March 31, 2022. If the Tenant does not pay the full amount by March 31, 2022, they will owe interest at 2% annually on the outstanding balance starting April 1, 2022.
