What happened

The ruling
The tenancy is terminated unless the Tenant voids the order by paying the specified amounts by the given dates. If not voided, the Tenant must vacate by March 31, 2023, and pay $10,016.89 plus $39.45 per day from January 6, 2023, until move-out. The eviction can be enforced from April 1, 2023, if the unit is not vacated.
