The ruling

The tenancy is terminated, and the Tenants must vacate the unit by February 21, 2023. The Tenants must pay the Landlord $12,428.77 plus $54.25 per day starting February 11, 2023 until they move out. If the Tenants do not pay the full amount by February 21, 2023, they will owe interest at 5% annually on the outstanding balance.
