What happened

Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenants because the Tenants entered into an agreement to terminate the tenancy. The Tenants filed a motion to set aside the order, but later requested to withdraw the motion as they had decided to move out by February 29, 2022 and secured another rental property.

The Tenants' motion to set aside the eviction order is denied. The stay is lifted immediately.
