What happened
Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenant due to the Tenant committing an illegal act by slashing/stabbing the tires of another tenant's vehicle in the parking lot.
The ruling
The tenancy is terminated, and the Tenant must vacate the unit by October 2, 2022. If the Tenant does not vacate by that date, the Landlord may file the order with the Sheriff for enforcement. The Tenant must pay the Landlord $2,670.93, which includes the application filing fee and daily compensation if the Tenant remains in the unit after October 2, 2022.
