What happened

Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenant due to Tenant, an occupant of the rental unit or a guest, substantially interfering with the reasonable enjoyment or lawful right, privilege or interest of the Landlord. The Landlord served a voidable N5 Notice alleging late night activities, throwing cigarette butts and trash from the balcony, not wearing face coverings, and changing the locks without permission.
