What happened

Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenants due to alleged undue damage to the premises and substantial interference with the Landlord's rights and privileges. The Landlord claimed compensation for the damage and for each day the Tenants remained in the unit after the termination date.

The Landlord's application is dismissed. The Landlord did not establish that the Tenants substantially interfered with the Landlord's legal rights and privileges, and the $300 claimed in the application is not considered damage to the rental unit.
