What happened

The ruling
The tenancy is terminated effective July 30, 2023. The Tenants must pay the Landlords $6,124.89, which includes rent arrears up to July 19, 2023, less the rent deposit and interest on the deposit. The Tenants must also pay $82.19 per day in compensation for use of the unit starting July 20, 2023 until they move out.
