What happened

The ruling

The tenancy is terminated and the Tenants must vacate the unit by November 12, 2021. The Tenants must pay the Landlord $5,996.62 plus $72 per day starting November 1, 2021 until they vacate. If the full amount is not paid by November 12, 2021, the Tenants will owe interest at 2% annually on the outstanding balance.
