What happened

Landlords applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenant due to failure to pay rent. The parties reached an agreement during mediation.

The ruling

The tenancy is terminated effective November 30, 2023. The Tenant shall pay the Landlords $12,055.35 in rent arrears, application fees, and costs, less the rent deposit and interest, in 12 monthly installments. If the Tenant fails to make any payment, interest will accrue on the full balance at 7% annually. If the unit is not vacated by November 30, 2023, the Landlords may file the order for enforcement.
