The ruling

The tenancy is terminated effective January 31, 2023, to allow the Landlord's son to occupy the unit. The Tenant must vacate by this date or face eviction. The Tenant is ordered to pay $16.44 per day from September 1, 2022, until move-out for the use of the unit.
