What happened
Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict the Tenants because the Tenants gave notice to terminate the tenancy, but did not move out by the termination date.
The ruling
The tenancy between the Landlord and Tenants is terminated. The Tenants must move out of the rental unit on or before April 25, 2023. If the unit is not vacated by that date, the Landlord may file the order with the Court Enforcement Office (Sheriff) to enforce the eviction. The Tenants shall pay the Landlord $186.00 for the application filing fee. If the Tenants do not pay the full amount by April 25, 2023, they will start to owe interest at 6.00% annually on the outstanding balance.
