What happened

The ruling

The Tenant shall pay the Landlord $17,336, which includes $17,150 in rent arrears up to April 30, 2024 and $186 in application filing costs. If the Tenant does not pay the full amount by October 19, 2024, they will start owing interest at 6% annually on the outstanding balance.
