What happened

The Tenant filed an application alleging the Landlord entered the rental unit illegally, harassed or interfered with the Tenant, and interfered with vital services. During the hearing, the parties reached a consent agreement.

The ruling

By consent, it is ordered that the Landlord must return the Tenant's trailer to an address provided by the Tenant on or before April 5, 2025. The Tenant is permitted to contact the Landlord's representative to facilitate the return of the trailer.
