Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict the Tenant due to the Tenant's failure to meet a condition specified in a previous LTB order.

The ruling

The tenancy is terminated effective May 5, 2023. The Tenant must pay the Landlord $5,054.31, which includes the remaining rent arrears from the previous order, less the rent deposit and interest owed. The Tenant must also pay the Landlord $38.22 per day for compensation for use of the unit starting April 25, 2023 until the Tenant moves out.
