What happened
The landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict the tenant due to non-payment of rent and persistent late payment of rent. The landlord also claimed compensation for each day the tenant remained in the unit after the termination date. The order was issued on September 27, 2022, and the tenant later requested a review of the order, alleging that they were not reasonably able to participate in the hearing. The tenant's request for review was denied on November 7, 2022. The tenant then filed a second request for review, alleging a serious error in the proceedings.
The ruling
The second request to review order LTB-L-031373-22, issued on September 27, 2022, is denied. The order is confirmed and remains unchanged.
