What happened

The Co-op applied to end the occupancy and evict the Co-op Member due to non-payment of regular monthly housing charges and persistent late payment. The parties reached an agreement to resolve the matter.

The ruling

The Co-op's C2/N8C application is withdrawn. The Co-op Member shall pay the Co-op $20,707.53 for arrears and costs by the specified payment schedule. If the Co-op Member fails to make any payment, the Co-op may apply to the LTB to terminate the occupancy and evict the Co-op Member.
