What happened

The ruling
The tenancy is terminated unless the tenant pays $40,796 by November 30, 2023 or $43,336 by December 9, 2023 to void the order and continue the tenancy. If the tenant does not pay the full amount, the tenancy is terminated, and the tenant must pay $35,000 plus daily compensation of $83.84 starting November 10, 2023 until the tenant vacates the unit.
