What happened

Landlords applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict the Tenant due to non-payment of rent, persistent late payment of rent, and substantial interference with the Landlords' lawful rights. The Tenant was not present at the hearing.

The ruling

The tenancy is terminated effective July 8, 2023. The Tenant shall pay the Landlords $186 for the application fee and $107.84 per day for use of the unit after July 8, 2023 until the Tenant moves out. If the Tenant does not pay the full amount by July 8, 2023, the Tenant will owe interest at 6% annually on the outstanding balance. If the unit is not vacated by July 8, 2023, the Landlords may file the order with the Sheriff for enforcement.
