What happened

The ruling
On consent of both parties, the Tenant is ordered to pay $21,486.00 in arrears and costs according to a set schedule. Failure to meet any payment deadline allows the Landlord to apply for an eviction order without further notice to the Tenant under Section 78 of the Residential Tenancies Act.
