What happened

The Landlord had previously applied for an order based on the Tenant's failure to meet a condition from a prior Board order. This led to a series of legal actions, including a motion to set aside by the Tenant which was denied, and a subsequent review request which was also denied. The current matter is the Tenant's second request for a review, this time challenging the denial of the first review.

The ruling

The Tenant's request to review the Board's review order of May 28, 2025, and/or their second request to review the motion order of May 15, 2025, is denied. The Board confirmed that its rules do not permit a review of a review order. The previous orders are confirmed and remain unchanged.
