What happened

The ruling
The tenancy will be terminated on May 31, 2023 unless the tenant pays $1,931.69 by April 30, 2023 or $3,429.36 by May 31, 2023 to void the order. If the tenant does not pay, they must vacate the unit by May 31, 2023 and the landlord can file the order with the Sheriff to enforce the eviction.
